RETURNS

1. Non-sale items: You can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the tag still on. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Sale items: These can only be exchanged, not refunded.
3. Refused returns: If an item is not returned in its original condition or without tags this item will not be refunded.
4. Shipping fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you got free shipping and your return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
5. Return issues: If you don’t follow the return instructions, the item will be sent back to you and you’ll need to pay a £4.50 shipping fee for the return.
6. Processing time: Returns can take up to 14 days to process, or up to 21 days during busy times like holidays
